Prior to Funding Conditions are the items needed by the funding department that will validate the safety of wiring the funds for a loan. A typical condition would be fully signed loan documents, executed note and deed, clear title etc.
Prior to Recording/Disbursement.
Prior to Recording/Disbursement Conditions are the items needed by the funding department and closing underwriter that will validate the safe recording of our deed and rider. A typical condition would be evidence of property insurance with mortgagee clause, title insurance etc.
